Cancellation Policy: you have until 4 pm on the day of your arrival to cancel your reservation. After that, we will charge you the first night.
Early check-out has to be before noon. If not, we will charge you the next night.

Gift Card
The gift card can be used by the card holder up to its value in the hotel, restaurant, or health centre, depending on the type of card. Activation and utilization of the card come with these terms: this card is in Canadian currency, exchangeable only for taxable products or services, not redeemable for cash, not refundable, subject to reimbursement in Québec, and cannot be used for payment on credits or other accounts. Hôtel Levesque is not responsible for a stolen or lost card. Therefore, it will not be replaced or honoured. The card holder can know its card balance by calling 1 866 277-1704. These terms can be changed at any time by Hôtel Levesque.
